Necrodemon - Allegiance to the End!
"Prepare to be assaulted and prepare to be slayed, beaten, and crushed into submission. This is easily the best thing this band has done and is a crushing slab of old school death/black metal played with a fury, aggression and feeling." ~Metalcore Fanzine
And so Necrodemon are blasting out a path of their own! Bands like Necrodemon who stand out and do not sound the same on every song and every album should be something to respect. Necrodemon has been misunderstood, hated and deceived yet still stand proud and unchanged. They are waging war against false metal!
RIPPING BLACK DEATH!
Haunted Eons is the first album from the controversial band who dares to sound different and not continue to focus on one style. It is the first album from Necrodemon and needs to benefit from a proper North American release.
Haunted Eons features nine death thrashy compositions by the U.S.-based Necrodemon. Each adds another storied journey to the celebrated Necrodemon legacy. The album’s musical focus joins that 80’s and 90’s sound while lyrically they examine hate, war, demonic, and haunting themes.
"The songs they have done for HAUNTED EONS are all good, kind of representing the guys' devotion and dedication to both '80s-styled Thrash - and Death Metal very well." ~Metal Rules
"The tunes are played out with high levels of feeling, passion and emotion that is missing from a lot of bands, but not these boys. I love the guitar sound, the riffs and the vocals are some of the best damn vocals around. Trust me when I say that these guys play music that the devil would give a horns up to himself." ~Metalcore Fanzine
2003's release of this old school death thrash album brought Necrodemon into the spotlight. Their musicianship had matured, the band's focus had become more prominent, and overall sound quality both production wise and instrumentally had increased. This album is considered Necrodemon's classic!
Allegiance to the End is the second album from the controversial band who dares to sound different and not continue to focus on one style. It is another album from Necrodemon that needs to benefit from a proper North American release.
Allegiance to the End features eleven death thrashy compositions by this killer U.S.-based band. These tracks are fresh with great lyrical concepts and educated thrash and death riffs. It is no secret that the band hails from an old school background but also can achieve today’s styles and atmospheres. A hint of black metal showed up on this album as well.
"One night I took a ten pound sledgehammer to a large skull on the stage and smashed it all over the place. We got thrown out of the club and all the other bands had to stand on skull fragments the rest of the night. We actually got a lot of shit for doing it. I thought it was no big deal. It was funny!" ~Rob Elliott in an interview
"Don't expect crystal clear production, mid-song breakdowns, ballads, or lightning fast death metal. However, you better prepare yourself for an onslaught of heavy metal that is deemed to get under your skin and kick your ass! Necrodemon definitely deliver with "Allegiance to the End" and are bound to keep the metal underground marching on to world annihilation!" ~Metal Rules
Why wasn't Necrodemon signed earlier? That is the question of the metal decade! Necrodemon have unleashed a cold slab of metal unto the world. Ice Fields of Hyperion put Necrodemon on the metal map to say and the band did a lot of shows to support it.
Ice Fields of Hyperion brought Necrodemon out of the underground and into a larger promotional realm. This album received much recognition by many metal magazines, started the band's music selling on iTunes and all other professional music sites, showed up in Best Buy catalog, and put Necrodemon on track for where they deserved to be. S.O.D. mag gave it 10 fucking stars!
Ice Fields of Hyperion features eleven black death compositions by the U.S.-based Necrodemon. These tracks are all concepts lyrically revolving around winter, cold, and ice. This album shows Necrodemon at a new level of musicianship and also a bit of a turning point for the band with all the black metal added to their arsenal while remaining true to their old school feel. They change so much yet stay the same. Interesting!
"Why change your formula if blackened death thrash is your calling? Necrodemon doesn't and continues to heat up the action with each release. Fully devoted to presenting the best that metal has to offer, Necrodemon has struck gold with Ice Fields of Hyperion. Not only is the album unique in that it is conceptually based on Ice, Winter, and everything Cold, but it is consistently punishing all the way through. As with their previous releases, Necrodemon certainly does not hold any punches as they continue to spread the word of metal to the masses!" ~Maximum Metal
"I had not seen any serious band as devoted to the concepts of cold and winter as IMMORTAL until I took a look at the track list for NECRODEMON's new album. I mean damn, you can practically see your breath just reading those!" ~Metal Observer
Easily the best material Necrodemon has ever unleashed. Reclamation of the Stygian Throne was recorded during the full moon on Halloween in 2009. This EP is full of that old school death and black metal magic! The songwriting on Necrodemon’s latest cd release is instantly classic! You’ll be banging your head through all six songs.
Reclamation of the Stygian Throne is filled with energy and is bad ass from start to finish. The band spent a lot of time perfecting the songs. The subject matter of the new disc is very dark and dangerous. Dark Death Metal with Black Metal and Thrash Metal mixed in. When you listen to “Reclamation” you just want to break shit and kill people! It will make you head bang.
Reclamation of the Stygian Throne features six black death compositions by the U.S.-based Necrodemon. These tracks are all full of hate, aggression, and darkness. The band turned even more black metal this time around and really poured on the speed! This EP features "Feral and Unbound" which Necrodemon produced a concept video for about lycanthropy. This disc also shows Necrodemon at its sickest vocally and lyrically.
"All other metal is truly beneath this!" ~iTunes customer review
"Prepare to be assaulted and prepare to be slayed, beaten, and crushed into submission. This is easily the best thing this band has done and is a crushing slab of old school death/black metal played with a fury, aggression and feeling. The singer screams and growls with a pure hate and evil that would make Satan proud. The production is raw, but it fits with what the band is doing and just has that old 80’s feeling about it like those old demos I used to get back in the day. The riffs on this just totally 80’s worship and this is pure evil and this is the way death/black is meant to be played." ~Metalcore Fanzine
